Yes. THCa converts into THC when heated or metabolized, which can result in a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, we do not recommend using THCa products.

Are KandyBoyz products legal to order online?

Yes. All KandyBoyz products are derived from federally legal hemp and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Orders are shipped legally to eligible states where hemp-derived products are permitted. THCa is the naturally occurring form of THC found in fresh cannabis. Once heat is applied-smoking, vaping, or cooking-it converts into THC and delivers the same type of effects people expect from cannabis. Same plant. Same compounds.
